The ATMEGA16L-8PC-ND is not available from Digikey, but the ATMEGA16L-8PU-ND is available. It appears that the difference between the 8PC and the 8PU is Commercial temperature range and the 8PU is Industrial Temperature Range in Lead-Free packaging, see the Atmel site.Posted by cxbrx on November 17, 2006 at 01:15:02 Pacific Time
