What is CRAFT?

CRAFT is the first project-based magazine dedicated to the renaissance that is occurring within the world of crafts. Celebrating the DIY spirit, CRAFT's goal is to unite, inspire, inform and entertain a growing community of highly imaginative and resourceful people who are transforming traditional art and crafts with unconventional, unexpected and even renegade techniques, materials and tools; people who undertake amazing crafting projects in their homes and communities.

CRAFT is the sister publication of and created by the same team of renegade thinkers who created MAKE.

We also offer an email newsletter, complete with updates about features under development, announcements of new volumes, and interesting tidbits from the CRAFT:Blog.

How much does it cost?

The single-issue retail list is $14.99. Subscription pricing for this quarterly magazine is $34.95 per year.

Where can I buy it?

CRAFT will be available at Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.com, Borders, Michales, Joann's, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby, and a large number of independent book/magazine sellers.

Can I buy single copy or do I need to subscribe?

You may purchase CRAFT both as a single issue and as a subscription.

Single issues may be purchased on newsstands, from participating retailers, and direct from O'Reilly. Back issues will be sold through participating retailers and direct from O'Reilly.

When will I receive my first volume?

CRAFT is shipped via mail delivery, just like other print magazines. Your first issue will arrive within 4-6 weeks when ordered direct.
