Shepherd's Harvest Festival

Fiber comes to life on May 10th and 11th at the 2008 Shepherd's Harvest Sheep and Wool Festival in beautiful Lake Elmo, MN.

This is Minnesota's premier event for wool and sheep lovers and the largest fiber festival in the state. You can watch sheep shearing, see a dog-herding demonstration, or just enjoy the many breeds of sheep, goat, rabbit, llama and alpaca. You can take a shepherding class or purchase whatever fiber animal suits your fancy.

Shop an outstanding array of over 90 vendors offering fiber art, fiber supplies and fiber demonstrations. There are wool mattress makers, yarn basket weavers, spinning wheel sellers, rug weavers, potters and sheep cheese vendors to name just a few. They come from all over the Midwestern countryside to bring you their talents and their wares.

Festival hours are Saturday 9:00 – 5:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 4:00. With free admission and free parking you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to experience.
